style=\"text-align: justify\"\u003e2020年3月，高卫东接替李保芳担任茅台集团董事长，2021年8月，丁雄军接替高卫东担任董事长，2024年4月，张德芹又从丁雄军手中接下权杖。截至此次“换帅”，张德芹在茅台集团董事长的位置上，历时1年半。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp style=\"text-align: justify\"\u003e1994年7月，陈华从焦作矿业学院采矿工程专业毕业后，进入盘江矿务局工作，从基层做起，刚开始时担任土城矿采四区的主管。盘江矿务局的总部位于贵州盘县，这是一个偏远的县，隶属于贵州省六盘水市，后来，该县并入到六盘水下辖的县级市盘州市。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp style=\"text-align: justify\"\u003e虽然地处偏远，但是这个矿务局的规格很高，曾经隶属于国务院煤炭工业部。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp style=\"text-align: justify\"\u003e上世纪60年代，面对错综复杂的国际局势，中共中央、国务院作出了以备战为主要目的的\u003c!--SECURE_LINK_BEGIN_1--\u003e三线建设\u003c!--SECURE_LINK_END_1--\u003e战略决策，作为西南地区重要的产煤基地，六盘水市承担了重要任务。盘江矿务局就是在这样的背景下成立的。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp style=\"text-align: justify\"\u003e当时，来自全国各地的建设者齐聚到盘县。在当地，一家两代人在矿区工作的现象，非常常见。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp style=\"text-align: justify\"\u003e1997年，盘江矿务局进行了公司制改革，更名为盘江煤电（集团）有限公司，第二年划归到贵州省，成为贵州省省属的地方国企，此后又更名为贵州盘江投资控股（集团）有限公司，并且成为贵州省十大企业之一。后来，该公司又并入到贵州能源集团。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp style=\"text-align: justify\"\u003e陈华从盘江矿务局基层做起，逐步成长，并担任要职。比如，在2012年9月，他开始担任贵州盘江投资控股（集团）有限公司副总经理。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp style=\"text-align: justify\"\u003e2014年1月，陈华的职业轨迹发生了重大变化，他离开了企业，进入政府部门，并担任贵州省安全生产监督管理局副局长。7个月后，陈华回到六盘水市，担任副市长。此后，又在贵州盘江国有资本运营有限公司担任多年的副董事长、总经理职务。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp style=\"text-align: justify\"\u003e梳理公开信息可知，陈华未曾有白酒行业的从业经历。不过，他并非第一位“跨行”过来的茅台掌门人。此前的丁雄军、高卫东、李保芳，均没有白酒行业的从业经历，均是空降而来的茅台掌门人。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp style=\"text-align: justify\"\u003e不过，与丁雄军、高卫东、李保芳不同的是，陈华拥有丰富的贵州省地方国资的从业经历。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp style=\"text-align: justify\"\u003e张德芹是在去年4月底被官宣为茅台集团董事长的，但在此后的一个多月时间里，张德芹一直都很低调，仅出席了一场公开活动，直到5月29日的股东大会。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp style=\"text-align: justify\"\u003e在股东大会前的一个月，张德芹的一项重要动作就是与经销商深度交流。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp style=\"text-align: justify\"\u003e比如，去年5月初，张德芹在调研浙江、福建、江苏三地的白酒市场时直言：“经销商是茅台的家人，是茅台成长路上的重要支撑。”而过去几年，大力拓展直销渠道一直都是茅台的一项重要改革，i茅台、直营店、团购客户等，正是茅台拓展直销渠道的结果。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp style=\"text-align: justify\"\u003e资料显示，2023年，贵州茅台的直销收入同比增长36.16%，达到672.33亿元，这个数字是2018年营销渠道改革前的15倍，直销收入在总收入的占比，也达到了45.67%。而在同期，代理渠道的收入增速仅为7.52%。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp style=\"text-align: justify\"\u003e张德芹执掌茅台之后，对茅台的销售渠道进行了调整。2024年，茅台直销收入的增速为11.32%，而代理渠道收入的增速则提高到19.73%，直销收入在总收入中的占比变为43.87%。经销商的变强，为茅台在应对市场变化时提供了有效的缓冲地带。\u003c/p\u003e\u003cp style=\"text-align:
